Finally got off my ass and decided to go out to Como Lake and try the fishing. Just still fishing, a little ultralight Garcia spinning rod, using eggs as bait, hooked one and lost it.... But managed to get hold of another, I promptly rendered it into possession then changed it's name to.....dinner... :)

Shouldn't be long now. With the forecast for the weekend, you should have your pick of puddles to choose from.

Yous might want to drop a line into the Iosegun. You can get to it just east of the Little Smokie crossing on your way thru. It feeds 3 or 4 of the lakes in that area. Actually all the rivers in that area are known to be pretty plentiful. I'll have to pull out my Fisherman's Encycolopedia and have a look at what is all around that area.
Even 'puddles' are mapped out in it, Rosie! Good luck to yous. [B-o]

 I was just showing him Isogun and Smoke Lake.

I've been studying pretty hard lately. 8O I've been going through the fishing regs to see what's open, then through Backroad Mapbook to see what's livin' in each lake/river.

Have you fished Smoke Lake? I've been to Isogun, but had never even heard of Smoke until I found it on the map.

That's a good map Q. First time I've ever seen the area like that. Swan sure does look like a puddle when compare to Sturgeon. Nice camping and Prov Parks all over. I want to go tenting again!

Rosie, you should be able to get a hold of a fisherman's encyc. It lists every bit of water in the world, and all fishies therein!
