NYC, Amsterdam, Australia, Hawaii, or Indonesia. The last one to find out where I am from...

Those are the places I think are really cool

- Czech Republic (Prague especially)
- Vienna
- Budapest
- Munich
- Ireland (the whole island)
- Vancouver
- San Francisco
- Belgium

I guess it all depends on what you're looking for - relaxation vs drinking and sightseeing :)

It's kinda hard without knowing what you find interesting, but if you want a party, Phuket or Ko Samui in Thailand. If you want zany/high tech, then Tokyo. If you want history, then Europe or Egypt.

Well, my family last August went for a two week tour of Italy, starting at Rome, going to Venice, then Modena (my dad wanted to see the Ferrari museum), Florence, Pisa, Amalfi Coast, Pompeii, and then we ended the trip by renting a villa in Sicily.

Out of all of it, Sicily was the best, partially for personal reasons(we saw my grandparents' home village, as well as the houses they grew up in, and the land they still own there. Forgot to say my extended family on my dad's side met us in Sicily, including my grandparents) but also because prices are MUCH cheaper compared to the rest of Italy, there's still a lot of history, beautiful locations, and beaches to see (The Valley of the Temples, for example, is amazing) while the heat was bearable (though that might be because I was used to it by now).

Europe or Australia. How much time do you have?
Or Greece and Turkey.
Kinda depends on your budget too...

Hell, girl, everywhere off of the N-A continent would make everybody jealous

You can do that in 2/3 weeks.

Europe is not as big as Canada. You can drive from Rome to Berlin in about 14 hours, Munich is half way (about 9 hours from Rome). You can ofcourse take a city hopper (Virgin, KLM, Ryan Air), or the train.

(Btw... Athens, Rome and half of Istanbul are Europe )
