That's not what critical race theory is.

'Critical Race Theory' is the concept that a system built by a group, favours that group. EG: Rich white slave owners wrote in the preamble to the US constitution that 'All Men are created equal' but then later wrote that a black man is only equal to 3/5 of a white man. That caused a large portion of the population to be without rights for hundreds of years. It still affects things today.
But that is far from the only example. The Caste system in India, and the Hindu majority, for another example. I knew a guy who was good at imitating the upper caste Indian English accent, and whenever a CRA scammer would call he would go off on a tirade that apparently cause the spammer a great deal of shame and terror.
