Well, to name a few, I didn't like her opposition to embryonic stem cell research, her support of privatized health care, support for drilling in ANWR, & opposition to sex-ed classes.

That puts you ahead of a number of people with one exception: She does not support 'privatized' health care. No one is proposing to 'privatize' our current system. She does not want the current system socialized.

You're confusing terms with countries that are privatizing portions of their socialized health care systems.

You're right - It would have been more accurate if I had said she's in favour of increased privatization of health care (as well as opposed to public health care).

At least Obama (AND his wife) have smarts. They are both very intelligent.

Even comparing Sarah Palin with the Obama's is ludicrous. She is SO not in their league.

It's not just leftists who "hate" Palin. Many of us on the right don't care for her either. And for the record, I don't hate her. I don't hate stupid people in general. What I do hate is when stupid people manage to ascend to positions of authority, influence and power and Palin is proof-positive of the Peter Principle. She's a mean, stupid, ignorant person, which is fine if you're not representing others or making policy that can affect others.
