Thanos Thanos:
It does when they're believed to be in possession of a firearm after they've just been involved in a murder. Seriously, this kid was a genuine fucking cockroach. He's not the sort of "victim" to build yet another anti-cop crusade around.

Sure he was a scumbag. But where you’re mistaken is believing that cops are allowed to deliver street executions of scumbags. In reality, lethal force is only justifiable when the officer believes they are in danger, which clearly wasn’t the case in this scenario.

Unarmed teen runs away from cop and hops a chainlink fence, As he continues to run away, cop shoots him in the back of the head by firing at him THROUGH THE CHAINLINK FENCE. Shooting ruled justified because cop said he “feared for his life”.

It really doesn’t get any more flagrant than this

Kid was also just involved in a murder with multiple shots fired, a murder that his brother pled guilty to committing.

Allegedly. And that was the day before from what I read.

No. It’s just a fact that when someone is running away from you and on the other side of a fence, your life is not in danger. Full stop. Therefore the shooting is not justified. Full stop.

The fact that the kid is a scumbag is irrelevant. The law is the law. It its not to be selectively enforced depending on whether we like or dislike the individuals involved, that’s how republicans think and thats how it works in shithole third world countries but in advanced societies like ours, universal rule of law is supposed to be supreme.

Disallowing lethal force on that kid would be as dumb as disallowing it during the hunt for the Tsarnaev brothers.

I'm still pissed off that the whole fucking Boston region was illegally put on martial law and that perfectly innocent people had the fucking pigs and SOLDIERS aim weapons at them and assault them simply for walking on the street or looking out their windows. [B-o]

That's nothing. I spent two years commissioning a new telephone exchange in Belfast in the early 80's. Should have been one year but the exchange was damaged numerous times by gunfire from both sides. We were supposed to be the innocents. :x

It's interesting how they pulled that off. I was pretty sure your Constitution prohibited the use of Soldiers against her own people. Think about it, post 9/11 there was no troops on the streets, no declaration of Martial Law... sets a pretty fucking scary precedent.

This video is not aimed as much at the police as it is against the judicial system. The fact that charges were ever brought up in the first place is a joke. The fact that they still remain in place 8 months later is the travesty.

"A Man's home is has castle". Just, not a woman's. :(

Thankfully, the SCoC has already ruled that people should not look into other people's windows.

Teenage quadruple amputee wrestled to ground by deputy

$1:
TUCSON, Ariz. (KOLD News 13) - An explosive video, first obtained by KOLD News 13, shows a Pima County deputy’s run-in with a 15-year-old quadruple amputee.

The incident was recorded by another teen inside a group home in the Tucson area in September. The video was provided to KOLD by the Pima County Public Defender’s Office.

The 15-year-old, in a group home after being abandoned by his family, apparently kicked over a garbage can and verbally threatened a worker. That’s why the deputy was called to the home.

The eight-minute video begins with the deputy on top of the 15-year-old. The deputy wrestles the teen to the floor and the teen is heard shouting and swearing at the deputy.

The video also shows the arrest of the 16-year-old who was filming the interaction.

Both teens were arrested on disorderly conduct charges.

What a hero.
