I used to become happy about it but I have heard people complain about it. Is this a good or a bad thing for the Canadian Public as a whole? |

Good if you're buying stuff (millitary equipment etc) Bad if you're selling stuff (lumber, steel, manufactured goods) Good if you're paying down debt. (we still have some of that) |

If you are an ordinary Canadian that wants to take advantage of this, plan a trip to the U.S. Currently Canadian retailers have not changed their prices to reflect the current exchange. Luckily with the internet we can see how we are being gouged. |
