I don't get the Government disaster financial assistance in these cases... if you can't get an insurance company to cover you for everything because they deem there is a risk (earthquake, mudslide, flood, tornado... whatever), don't build there. I don't have earthquake insurance here but that's a calculated risk on my part... if a 7.5 hits and I lose everything, I don't expect the government to step in. |

Fine, prove god exists and that he/she intend this to happen. Province should compensate the victims and then sue god for wilful destruction, hell even persue criminal charges. |
