he was last seen at 10 PM playing in a park, wearing only wearing a light blue 'Star Wars' hoodie and orange Halloween pyjama pants. I mean, what the bloody fuck??? An underdressed four year old playing outside in a city park at 10 PM(when anyone remembers last seeing him). Jesus Christ his parent or guardian needs to be beaten or charged.

Unusual in a normal community. Quite common here to see kids that young running around the school play ground and streets at midnight or later, despite a '10 PM curfew' for those under 18, Social services and the cops are useless. :evil:

That explains a lot about why he was out unsupervised at 10pm. Poor kid.

As a parent myself, I would prefer the first option for his crappy parent/guardian.

It was 8°C when he was last seen, and it dropped to -6°C last night. I hope a well-meaning person took him in.
