So all the people with names and faces are lying and everyone else is truthful?

No, goddamnit, how thick are you? No one is lying. Those saying that they have no knowledge of Ford being asked to leave are not lying. Those who say the organizing committee never asked Ford to leave are not lying. Those who say they suggested to others that Ford ought to leave are not lying. Those who say Ford appeared intoxicated are not lying. Those who say they didn't notice Ford being intoxicated are not lying.

I've gone around this with you plenty of times. You aren't getting it. Here's that ball again. Try bouncing 'er for a while and see if you finally get it.

Yes, everyone is completely truthful on the events. Just a giant he-said/she-said with everyone being honest.

Truth is subjective, based on perception.

There is no reason why all of them couldn't be telling the truth as they perceived it.

For example, say I was there and saw Mr. Ford. When I saw him, he was not intoxicated, we exchanged pleasantries and he moved on. Now, when you see him, he has had a few, but is not really intoxicated, you exchange pleasantries and he moves on. Finally, Lemmy sees him, he is plastered, he grabs Lemmy's ass, his handlers are asked discretely to get him some place else.

So, we all have 3 different versions of events. All are true. All contradict each others versions.

Hey now! Why does he have to be plastered to want to grab my ass? I'm a good looking guy. :D

No, they haven't said the story is false. Are you thick? They've said they didn't hear anyone ask him to leave. They've said they weren't present or privy to any discussion about Ford being asked to leave. Maybe they were on the other side of the room from where that conversation took place. Maybe they were in the toilet. It was suggested that Ford leave. Many people suggested it. Others didn't hear it. You can't prove a negative.

Really? Perhaps you should ask yourself that question.

I'll quote specifically for you.

The claim in the Star article was:

$1:
Three members of the Garrison Ball organizing committee said Ford was asked to leave because he appeared impaired. One said, “he seemed either drunk, high or had a medical condition.”

The response for the organizers of the event:

$1:
As a civilian member of the volunteer organizing committee of the 2013 Toronto Garrison Ball, I can confirm that I did not ask Rob Ford, Mayor of Toronto, to leave the event on February 23,2013 for any reason. To my knowledge, no member of the event’s organizing committee, including Councillor Paul Ainslie, directed the Mayor to leave the event that night.

No OTI, that was the reponse of six members of the organizing committee, not all of them. Aisnle is one of the 3 who said he was asked to leave.

Also, Ford not only has a history of being drunk in public, but a history of denying it and then admitting it to it - see his nonsensical drunken rant at a Leaf's game, a few years back. And remember, David Ainslie has been one of Ford's closest allies.

And he's baack at it again with his football shenanigans. After promising to change his ways, he's using his taxpayer-funded staff and cars on taxapyer-funded city time to send emails from taxpayer-funded computers and email accounts for his charity.

Until the ones who claim otherwise put their names forward and stand behind what they said, I'll take the word of people with the stones to go public.
