You should be able to apply for a SIN by mail as long as you have, or can easily obtain, a copy of your birth certificate or a Certificate of Canadian Citizenship: http://www.servicecanada.gc.ca/eng/about/reports/sin/applying.shtml $1: Canadian citizens
Canadian citizens must submit one of the following primary documents: * a certificate of birth or birth certificate issued by the vital statistics agency in the province or territory where you were born (Note: We do not accept Quebec proof-of- birth documents issued prior to 1994); * a Certificate of Canadian Citizenship issued by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC); or * a Certificate of Registration of Birth Abroad issued prior to 1977 by CIC. |

I was at service Canada in Ottawa for that. Haha, I brought two copies of my Birth Certificate with me but and my CND Passport but they said that aint enough. I was so pissed. The original Birth Certificate was with my parents in Poland, while making a new one would take more weeks than i was in Canada that summer. They sent me to immigration Canada to get a foregin workers visa. F*** them! I can't have a Certificate of Canadian Citizenship because I am born Canadian. but this is offtopic, not that important. Any of you guys know any scholarships I could apply for? How does applying look like? University stuff in North America is pretty different from what I am used to in Europe! |

Thanos Thanos: ouvrir le fenetre, fermez la porte - McLean & McLean At least get your French correct. First of all, the correct spelling is "fenêtre" and it's feminine, so it's "la fenêtre". Second, use the same tense for both verbs in your sentence... "ouvrir" is l'infinitif and "fermez" is troisième personne pluriel au présent. So your sentence should be... ouvrir la fenêtre, fermer la porte OR ouvrez la fenêtre, fermez la porte But, in reality, I think that MacLean & MacLean used deuxième personne singulier au présent... ouvre la fenêtre, ferme la porte

I'm illiterate in too many languages to properly list. All I know is that it has something to do with doors or portals because the spamtard is apparently some kind of African sorcerer or professional witch-burner. Congio Congio: Hey,
I want to move back to Canada but I have some problems: money. I live in Poland where every job is paid something like 3 times less then in Canada or Western Europe. That is why I'm looking for some other, more tricky, way of getting to Canada. Can any one help by telling me how? (Je parle francais) Of course I've been searching the internet for some studies scholarships or at some summer jobs. I would love to live in my birth place Ottawa, or in Montreal. But as I said, I think I cant afford tuition fees at the Universities. I looked through and registered on some sites that have summer job offers, but I have nothing yet. I must be in Canada for this years Canada Day! Can you help? Please |
