Please don't judge all Swedes like that because of those people :P Most Swedes, like me, get upset when losing a final (which is perfectly natural I think) but far from everyone is spamming racist posts and playing with ketchup :wink:

Judges?...I never saw any judges on the ice. There should have been some there for the diving job the Swedish goalie did. I couldn't believe that, what an idiot..OMG, a Canadian came near me, I better flop on the ice like a fish...pansy.

Gangster hockey..... The Swede's had the bigger team. We played the same against the US, the Germans and the Russians. They didn't cry and they actually gave it back, it's called a contact sport, you know...where players hit each other. If they can't take the hits...go play badminton or something. European hockey, except the Germans and Russians, need to get some toughness, that Swedish team couldn't stand up to the hitting in a Peewee game here in Canada.

Canadas ambassy was exposed after the WC game this night - by a ketchup attack!

- I assume it has to do with the hockey game, says Canadian ambassador Alexandra Volkoff.

The WC final was very dramatic in many ways. After the loss, the swedish players and staff was very upset about the canadians brutal game and the ref's poor judgement.

Late this night the canadian embassy was attacked with ketchup and garbage.

Acc to information, somenone has also been throwing urin and beer (!) at the embassy.

The canadian ambassador does not find the incident so dramatic bla bla bla


..and she did not watch the game.

Hope you understand my translation. And by the way . I didn't do it :wink:

Geesus, I guess that wasn't enough for you.. I know,

Ye, hockey shoud def have higher prio here in Sweden :( Unfourtunately the kids today chose other sports, like floorball which is now Swedens #2 sport, it's basically hockey indoor without skates...and less physical... :cry:

perhaps you should show some respect to 18 year old kids? And then theres the hypocritical side of you...
first you are booing Hedman for standing up for his goalie, then you do the exact same thing when the swedes hit your goalie?
You are right, this IS hockey, so I really can't see the problem in protecting a goalie, thats common sense in Hockey terms, you as a north american nation should know this. I doubt the players in NHL ignore a hit on a goalie like that, regardless its by purpose or not. And just for the record, you NEVER outshine other teams, well perhaps Kazakhstan or Latvia. What you have is pure winner instinct, meaning you do not have more talented players than lets say Sweden or Russia.

You have greatness syndrome. If you win on OT you consider yourself gods and claim your advantage.
That being said, you are a freakin good hockey nation yes, but winning on OT like last year, and against Russia on shootouts, I really CAN'T see where you get "We kicked their asses bigtime" from.
