123zxc 123zxc: I think that the Bombers have had a great season without a functional offense. I think everything from here will be a bonus. You been watching the right football league? Pierce has been on fire most of the season thus far. He's not glass like last year, and has been doing quite well. The only problem now is that he's injured, and our top RB's are out for the year (Reid, Volny). Thank God that Garrett got brought up from the practice roster. -J. |

CDN_PATRIOT CDN_PATRIOT: Hyack Hyack: Montreal beats Winnipeg 32-26 ....WOW, just WOW, what a finish....  Should have been 1 second left on the clock. The officiating in the last two 'Bomber games has been really questionable. I smell a conspiracy. -J. Another great game by the Alouettes. No conspiracy, no no. That's because Montreal actually got swagger.

The Lions win their seventh in a row (33-31) with a last second FG by Paul McCallum and tie the Stamps for 1st place in the west..... What a hell of a game for McCallum, sets new record for consecutive FG's at 30 then misses 31 but ends up with the game winner. |

Awesome!!!  Too bad the game was blacked out locally so I didn't get to watch it. Checked in with the website a few times though. Amazing how things can turn around eh? |

Awesome to see this amazing turnaround in the Lions. If the Eski's win today it's a three way tie for first in the west and I think that's great actually. Gonna be a photo finish in the west. In the east, with the Al's win and AC setting a yet another record against the Argo's, the Argo's I believe are out of the playoffs. (Argo's =  )

Just read an article saying the Riders haven't sucked this bad since 1939.  They listed the stats to prove it. |

The Rider's D was playing fairly well yesterday, but the offence looked like a monkey fucking a football..... I'm thinking there will be a trade with the Lions before long. The Riders will trade Dumbwiddie to the Lions for a used old broken tackling dumby in return. Next season on the Lions season ticket advertising they'll have....... "Looserlay and Dumbwiddie, you'll need season tickets to watch all of this. You won't believe your eyes, football will never be the same again!!!" |

Actually this debacle has gone from confounding, to amazing, to embarassing, to utterly hilarious and I'm a Rider Fan.  I think it's time the Triumverate of Hoppy, Miller and Taman were given notice. This problem was apparent last year when we lost most of our games in the last half of the season yet these twits did nothing to repair what every fan could see was a problem, just because we lucked into a Grey Cup appearance. |
