Sky, boat, moon and waves were rendered in Vue Pro Studio ver 7. Boat is a stock Vue model...Initially I was going to render this at 3200x2000 but on my AMD X2 4200 with 3 gigs of ram I was told it was going to take 62 hours..!!! So I rendered at 800x500 then enlarged to 3200x2000 in Paint Shop Pro X2... I then painted over the waves and sea in Painter IX.5.... The sea serpent was hand drawn by me in Painter as well as the gulls.... Took about 10 hours to do this (discounting rendering time)... It must have taken it's toll on me as now I'm feeling really sick (flu???)... Cheers

Quite cool, but my old, weak eyes need it slightly brighter to really enjoy it. You definitely have skill! |

The third wave from the right isn't moving with the rest in a way that conforms to the laws of physics. D minus. |

Its a well done picture. Pretty scary too. The thought of that boat coming out of the darkness, probably loaded down with men with harpoons looking to skewer that poor creature and make clothing from its hide sends shivers down my spine. |
