Thank's for the link.

I'm a big fan of Boris Vallejo, especially his drawings of women.

I'll take a look at the tutorials, see if it will help with my drawing skills.
But I don't want to go to computer assisted drawing.
I still prefer the old-fashioned method.

Ever give Corel Painter or Artrage a try?

Artweaver a Corel Painter clone is good and it's free....

I have used both but use Corel Draw more often as well as Pixaras' Twisted Brush.

Corel Draw? I've never tried any vector illustrating... Seems intriguing...

Post subject:  Another illustration in a magazine...

I just picked up this month's issue of Art Scene International - June 2009, Issue #85 at lunch time... I always pick this magazine up however I did not have time to look at it.... On my way home I was thumbing through the pages as my neighbour drove and I was surprised to see my illustration was chosen and appears on page 41 in the reader's showrom section...

I had submitted the illustration back in October and did not hear back....

Image

Art Scene International is published in Germany and sold throughout the world. It is printed bi-monthly and used to be published as Air Brush International...

This is the third image I've had appear in a magazine this year....
