It's maybe a shame the Olympic curling is on when everyone is sleeping,

because it's been really good.

We are rocking, alright !

Hey I find 10pm to be a great time for curling, but after that i have to go with the rebroadcasts later during the day.

Watched the GB vs Norway game tonight. Great game. Some fantastic shots. I was really happy to see Davie Murdoch come roaring back to form. He had a couple of misses but was steady on the night and his last shot in the 10th was a classic.

Murdoch advances to play Nik Sedin in the semi-final. Brad Jacobs will play China. Jennifer Jones will play Eve Muirhead of GB.

When I saw which channels were broadcasting the curling, I phoned Shaw and signed up for package of sport's channels that carry the Olympics. Sportsnet is carrying the curling. I am a happy camper. I still get to see all the hockey too. Life is good.

Go to the CBC Olympics site and you can get live video of events that aren't televised. I've watched a couple of curling games that way, and a few other things.

Masterful I think that pretty well describes the finesse with which Brad and the boys played in the Gold Medal game. From the first rock thrown to the last rock played, they came out with a game plan and they executed it to perfection. 9 - 3 and the game only went to the 8th end. Rock on Brad, Ryan, EJ and Ryan. Our Golden Boys.

Jen had a bit of a tougher time in her Gold Medal game as a couple of the team were struggling a bit but as she has so often done, she made the shots that counted and took her team to the win. Rock on Jen, Kaitlyn, Dawn, and Jill. Way to go, Ladies.
