True.

And did you notice the OAR thing?

Russia has been cheating for decades so finally, the Olympics laid the hammer down. The punishment? A name change. Image

I can't wait until Kaitlyn and what's his name beat OAR like dirty laundry on a rock by the river. So to speak...Image

This is going to be the most hilarious games ever.

Loses coin toss, immediately pulls out race card.

Dem damn rayciss coins.

African American speed skater Shani Davis BOYCOTTS the Winter Olympic opening ceremony in 'race row' as luger Erin Hamlin leads out TeamUSA

Davis was angry after he lost a coin toss to Hamlin, a four time Olympian
Skating team confirmed Davis had not attended the ceremony in Pyeongchang
Davis would only have turned up had he been able to carry the flag, they said
He is a five-time Olympian and has won two gold medals and two silver medals

I like curling. But I'm having a little trouble with mixed doubles being an Olympic event. It's hardly a sport.

Unless maybe it's really big in other countries? I've never seen it before.

I mean... it's basically the same thing as normal curling, just with 2 instead of 4.

I like it.

They've been doing it internationally for 8 years as an organized specific event competition.

Canada is only now getting officially interested because it's in the Olympics.

John Morris called up Kaitlyn Law the night the qualification round began in Canada to get their team together.

Other nations have year-round teams, work on their craft and practice strategies.

Also, there's a certain amount of athletism. Watch Morris jump up to sweep his own rocks or Kaitlyn sprint after her male partner's blistering shots. They've got an edge on the traditional curling Tubby patrol.

Sure. I'm just barely getting used to curlers being "Olympians".

Remember when there was a big push back when snowboarding was first announced as an Olympic event? We've come a long way.
