I'm not overly concerned if they're building crappy cars for domestic use that people outside the country don't want to buy. That's not the case in Canada. How about focusing on quality over quantity? |

China and Japan bar imports or heavily tariff them such that it's not feasible. The type of vehicles the average person in India and the other nations can afford is not the type that we build. Let's just say when designing a vehicle for Indian market consumer cost should be paramount and safety an afterthought (hence the TATA business model). |
