He (Flanagan, aka Flanigan, aka Williams) worked at WDBJ from March 2012 to February 2013.

I'm kinda torn now. On one hand I'm glad he's dead and no longer polluting the earth with his presence. But on the other it would have been good to see him face justice for this tragedy.

And from what I've deans and what Bart's posted, it sounds like he had a combination of anger issues and a major persecution complex.
