If the mother has custody, she would be the one to determine what religion the child is raised in. If they share custody, I don't have a good answer for what's best for the child. Maybe we should just pass a law that no child can be raised in any faith. It's all indoctrination and brainwashing. Let them make up their own mind when they are an adult.

Alternate headline: Open-Minded Judge Ensures L'il Dindu's Right To Bomb Subway Train 20 Years From Now. Probably no victory to be had anymore when the state itself seems determined to make sure Muslim supremacy happens sooner rather than later. Might as well become a bunch of asslifters ourselves just to make sure we end up on the winning side.

Both parents have the right (or should have the right) in the faith they practice. Dad should have as many rights as mom.
This judge made a big mistake, in my eyes.

As for 'confusion'... nah. Kids are not stupid.

A judge has ordered a father to take his children to Roman Catholic mass as part of a divorce settlement, even though he is not Catholic.

Court transcripts seen by The Telegraph show that Judge Orrell discussed his own Catholic faith during the course of the hearing into contact arrangements for Steve’s two sons.

The legal requirement to attend mass at Christmas applies only to Steve, who is not a Roman Catholic.
His ex-wife is Catholic but is not subject to the same conditions in the residence and contact order.
It reads: “If the children are with their father at Christmas he will undertake that they will attend the Christmas mass.”
