I know a little bit about the Mitsubishi MU-2; it had a terrible accident rate in the USA until the FAA mandated a specific type rating. I do not know if Canada has a simmilar requirement. |

Seems to have had more to do with weather. The investigators couldn't even get there right away because of it. I believe this is where they found Abby Hoffman. |

Very sad story. I feel for the mother; her husband dies, now she loses all her kids on the way to the funeral. |

Poor judgement has a lot to do with most air crashes these days. |
