I have certainly been drunk enough to do something like that. Especially in my early 20's.

Not much pity in me for two drunks who were too dumb to bother respecting the rules of the locals in other countries. Too bad for them they weren't smart enough to understand that other cultures don't look at everything as being an endless free-for-all for idiots. Not look forward too much either to the antics here in Canada of both the federal Liberals and NDP who will undoubtedly be going out of their way, the same way they always do when a Canadian does something really stupid or criminal in someone else's country, to break out the sob stories about the excessive "harshness" of foreign justice. Not sure where this idea came from that a Canadian has some kind of special exemption from behaving properly while outside of our borders but it seems to be something our own leftie whack-jobs genuinely believe in.
