You know he's done because yesterday CNN was scrolling news about him and they put an R next to his name on the screen, rather than a D. He's a Democrat.

I doubt it was an honest mistake. Not even Freudian works as an excuse. Most likely planned.

Call me old fashioned but I don't believe the stupid things you did 35 years ago should be what defines you as a person today and I personally don't give a shit what the PC crowd thinks about anyone's character because if truth be known most of them are sorely lacking in that dept.

If some idiotic picture taken over 3 decades ago is now the criteria for refusing someone a position of authority or trust then, there likely isn't one person on this scum sucking rock who could honourably take the position. I also wonder if the perpetually outraged bothered to look past their biases at this gentleman's past history because, if they had they'd have seen he's a Veteran who served with honour in the US Military as a doctor during the the Gulf War.

You don't have to like the man or even agree with him but the one thing you have to do is admit that one stupid picture doesn't necessarily define him or his character. But, it's good to know that the lives this man saved or the good he did doesn't mean shit because an indiscretion decades ago are what will forever be used to define him as a man.

Protests held on Capitol Hill in Virginia demanded an apology to black people
Northam on Friday confirmed he was in the yearbook image but didn't say whether he was the person wearing blackface or in the KKK robes
In a video statement, Northam vowed to serve out his full term as governor

She's gone all in on the conspiracy angle though. It's possible, I guess, but I was just thinking it was odd how this story about Northam as racist buried the one from the day before about what a clown Northam was for pushing infanticide. Maybe it shouldn't. Maybe it's better to look at both stories together to get an idea of the type of morons we're dealing with in the Democratic party.
