Was anybody bored enough with their lives to watch the Academy Awards, last night? I didn't but I googled for the winners. It seemed like every Best Picture nominee had something "woke" about it. They don't make films for the white males anymore. On the schadenfreude side though, the Hollywood box office is dying. |

N_Fiddledog N_Fiddledog: Was anybody bored enough with their lives to watch the Academy Awards, last night? Mrs. Bart got upset with me when I left the room after Maya Rudolph got on stage at the opening and spouted her political views. It took not even three minutes for me to lose interest. |

N_Fiddledog N_Fiddledog: Was anybody bored enough with their lives to watch the Academy Awards, last night? Nope. Which was accurately shown in their viewership numbers. I couldn't have told you it was even broadcast, if it wasn't for a couple google news blurbs on it. |

My wife watched it! I was on the computer watching the Women’s Sprint at the IBU Open European Championship in Belarus. Good race. |
