Whitcoulls did not explain any connection between Peterson and the Christchurch tragedy or the alleged gunman.

Among his fans are some white supremacy adherents, but neither Peterson nor his book is referenced anywhere in the 74-page manifesto allegedly released by the killer prior to the March 15 attacks.


Nothing like a wild over-reaction to an incident to make yourselves look good to the hipsters. No different at all from Chapters/Indigo banning Mein Kampf all those years ago because feelings/sensitivity/whatever. New Zealand was already hyper-politically correct/virtue signalling before the shooting and it looks like they're more than happy to use the shooting as a "reason" to triple/quadruple-down on it.

I would put that number even higher if you go back in time to include all the world and every religion there has ever been. Yet some gods of ancient time were into all that killing and destruction. We are horrified by what goes on now yet back then it was the norm. Smaller scale do to less humans populating the earth but still what went on then was acceptable because it was in the name of (insert what ever god or gods you can find).

sigh sorry I almost went into the long winded rant thing again.

I firmly believe events like the Christchurch shooting, and 9/11 and every despicable act in-between stem from our unwillingness to talk, and to understand each other. Will the conversation be a comfortable one? Probably not. But its one that needs to happen if we want this shit to stop.
