Hello North Americans. Hope you all having good life up there.

Allow me to introduce myself.

My name is Mango, Mango Khan...

I am the most beloved fruit/thing in summer season, especially for people of South Asia.

People call me King of Fruits.

I have lovely taste, sweetness and absolutely fresh good aroma.

I grow up in different continents but my best of best quality is only found in a country where your most beloved and super intelligent member "Fighter" lives.

I been produced in Pakistan for well over two thousand years, and the country is now the fourth largest producer in the world.

I come in different flavors and people love every bit of it. Among 1595 varieties of mangoes known, only 25 to 30 are being grown on commercial scale. Most notably varieties are Chaunsa, Sindhri, Langra, Dasehri, Anwar Ratool, Saroli, Samar Bahisht, Toota Pari, Fajri, Neelum, Alphanso, Almas, Sanwal, Surkha, Sunera and Desi.

I also get served with other recipes/dishes/beverages. if it looks good, it will taste good.

I have heard that your Canadian government has shown desire to import me in more numbers from Pakistan...This is great.

Don't forget your neighbors down south...They are also crazy after me. A pic taken by my fellows when i was being eaten by an American guy here in Pakistan.

So, what are you waiting for? Pakistanis are all set to start my exports from May 20, 2019, eyeing a target of 100,000 metric tons this year, amid a sizable production loss, primarily owing to climate change-led extreme weather conditions.

Check out local stores/supermarket and buy me under "Produced in Pakistan" tag.

Any questions??? can be asked from Fighter; he is been eating mangoes since his childhood.

He is professional.

Regards,

Mango Khan.

Pakistan.

Same here...

So sad that season here just lasts at most 3 months.

But such a fantastic fruit. Pakistanis go crazy after it.

The only difference I see in mangoes you eat there and I eat here is about the processing....

Countries which import mangoes from Pakistan, ask to process it before being exported....which according to people over here, is wrong because it partially kills the real taste of mangoes...

Raw mango here in Pakistan and processed mango in Canada will be little different in terms of taste, I believe.

Nevertheless, still worth buying because it is a healthy fruit and has great taste in general. There will never be any competitor to mangoes :)

Try Pakistani mangoes and If I am not getting too high, I think you will forever forget about Mexican mangoes. In my personal experience and little bias, Pakistani mangoes should beat any other variety because I have read from overseas Pakistanis that Pakistanis mangoes all the way and anytime before any other variety available to them.

You tasted them? when? every year?

Wow... so even a processed mango that reached to Canada is tasteful...I am wondering what will you guys say when you eat raw Pakistani mangoes...

Forget to tag, others :)

We often don't get a choice. We get what are in the stores.

There is an Indian grocery in town, but the mango season is short and they are quite popular. Sometimes they have Mangos from Pakistan, but timing it right to be in the store when they get put on the shelves is a form of witchcraft. ;)

But it is worth it, the couple times I manages to pry one or two out of the nice ladie's basket.

Maybe if I somewhere down 5-6 years become exporter, then I will definitely send mangoes to you....for free.

So, that is you who is responsible for making people remember banana while seeing mango.

A grave injustice occurred to mango...You have to buy mango now as compensation.

I had fresh Cuban mango on vacation there... very, very good.

There are hundreds of mango cultivars, all with their own unique taste and I guess you could love one but another will leave you indifferent.

I can't eat whole mango... I've never been able to swallow the pit.
