The rescue group refused to have Spain take any of the people off the ship because it was to far away. This left the boat overcrowded and prolonging the suffering of the people. What great humanitarians. They made it political on their part. :(

Spain offered to let the migrants disembark in Mallorca but Open Arms rejected.

The non-profit repeatedly said that the situation on board was desperate and some migrants were suicidal.
And whose fault is that then? Keeping them at sea longer with the questionable hopes of FORCING Italy to take them is what caused the goddam problem. Funny how a Spanish vessel operating out of Greece wouldn't take them to either of those countries.

And now we have the idiot organization that penned the compact on human migration crying about it being abused. Gosh, who didn't see that one coming.

There's a difference between being welcoming and being a fucking door mat.
