I wish people would stop using the term immigration when they really mean, illegals or in Trudeau speak "irregulars".

Immigrants come to this country legally and the amount and number can be managed by our gov't. What's happening now is an attack on our country by the UN and Americans, who are using Canada as a dumping ground for the worlds jetsam or in the case of the yanks, to get rid of their own immigration problems.

Not that it really matters though because the PPC didn't authorize the signs so this sounds more like a setup than a valid political point of view.

After a year of government support, Syrian refugees are still struggling to settle in Toronto and face an uncertain future

http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/tor ... ntsupport/

Toronto's mayor says it can't handle more refugee claimants but some say finding housing feels impossible
https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/toronto/ ... r-toronto-
It comes the same day that Tory spoke of the "unprecedented pressure" on Toronto's shelter system and said the city will need immediate provincial and federal financial help.

What I find disturbing is that if there isn't a plentiful amount of job opportunities in Toronto, why the heck are liberals cramming so many immigrants and refugees into the city? We know where they will concentrate and we can't force people to move once they're here.

https://globalnews.ca/news What Canada’s population will look like in 2036/

The immigrant population will continue to concentrate in the country’s biggest cities: Toronto, Montreal, Winnipeg, Calgary and Vancouver.

Gangs also target immigrants for recruitment as well.

https://globalnews.ca/news/4054465/p...p-in-winnipeg/

“Sometimes you cannot find employment as a young person,” said Abdi. “Language is a problem.

Police have identified at least two gangs that are heavily recruiting immigrants.

https://bramptonfocus.ca/gangs-peel-region/

Liberals are shoveling fuel into the fire. They bring in people that aren't compatible or not the types of immigrants Canada needs and then blames Canadians when things don't work out.

https://broadview.org/broken-dreams-in- ... mogadishu/

The school dropout rate, according to the Toronto District School Board’s Somali Task Force, is about 25 percent for Somali Canadians, nearly double the board’s average — and even higher for Somali Canadian boys, at 33 percent.

Living in marginalized neighbourhoods carries real risk for children, boys in particular, who become criminalized in their quest for acceptance

And people wonder why Quebec wants to reduce the amount coming in. Of course Trudeau thinks now is not the time. He obviously wants his liberal voters.

it-may-not-be-the-right-time-for-quebec-to-cut-immigration-levels-trudeau-says

https://www.macleans.ca/news/canada/...te-home-about/

Tilting the system toward family reunification and away from skilled workers diminished the economic benefits that had traditionally come with immigration. But it maximized the political benefits to Trudeau. This endeared many existing immigrant communities to the Liberals and encouraged wide swaths of new Canadians to vote for Trudeau when the time came.

immigrants prefer to be with their own kind and culture. They form enclaves which causes Canadian flight. Look at Brampton (AKA Bramladesh) as an example where Canadians are the ones that feel like outcasts(It's in the article).

https://www.msn.com/en-ca/news/canad...cid=spartanntp

As cities get bigger, it’s only natural to be attracted to those who are similar to you, says Mohammad Qadeer, a professor of urban planning at Queen’s University, Ontario. “You usually hang out and interact with people you share interests with,” he says. “Ethnicity and religion are strong ties that bring people together.”

Diversity does not work. And there's a reason why Trudeau said it's form of entropy. From the same article:

And just because a city has a high proportion of foreign-born residents does not mean its population is always open to other newcomers. Punches were thrown at a recent protest in Markham, where groups of mostly Chinese-Canadians clashed over a proposal to temporarily house asylum seekers in the city, to ease the pressure on Toronto’s shelter system. The majority (81%) of asylum seekers in the city’s shelter system are from Nigeria.

Some immigrants will still feel like outcasts in the city because not all immigrants get along.

Liberals are fueling the chaos but they don't care because they know they will get more power (votes) and gun violence to further their agenda to ban guns.

If we know that immigrants will be funneled into areas where there isn't very many jobs, then Canada doesn't need 350,000 or more each year.

Also from the same article:
Canada’s official policy of multiculturalism, enacted in the 1970s under the then prime minister, Pierre Trudeau.

Do you really want Canada to be fragmented into smaller countries where all the different countries will end up wanting what's best for their people and culture?

Good work, Pluggy.

Unfortunately, I'm thinking it's only those of us who already know most of that who will read it.

Funny but I drove school bus up to last year. About 80% or so of my riders last year were Immigrants. Some of those were Syrian refugees. Some went to French immersion, some to regular elementary school. All their fathers worked, most of them were having no trouble blending in with the general population of immigrants and native born Canadians. They tended to have respect for authority, get along with teachers, other students and myself. The only problem was language, it was an adventure trying to figure out what they said as the Syrians had only been in Canada a short time, especially one little boy who had a speech impediment. Funny, but the other kids didn't have a problem with understanding him. Perhaps it was just me and my water damaged ears.

Of course it could just be Saskatoon, but from what I saw these kids were well on their way to joining Canadian society.

Nowhere has anyone said that this sign was only referring to illegal immigration and they’re ok with other forms of immigration. Conservatives rarely make a distinction between the two.

So you're thinking for all conservatives now? [huh]

And, you have proof that Bernier along with the PPC approved, endorsed and were involved with these ad's in any way, or is this just more Liberal paranoia?

I don’t think anybody thinks for conservatives. I never said the PPC approved, I said look who their real supporters are: not “the people” but wealthy private globalist interests

Would those be the same wealthy private globalists who funneled money to Trudeau during the last election.

Because if they are, Canadians are being played like pawns on a chessboard.

Nope these are the conservative ones, who try to disguise themselves as average citizens so they can sucker people on the right into supporting them on their mission to turn everyone into corporate slaves and run the country into the ground.

So, when the Liberal ones try to turn everyone into wards of their nanny state it's okay, but when the Conservative money men do it to turn us into corporate slaves, it's not? ROTFL

Sorry but it really doesn't matter if you're living as a slave under socialism or living as a slave under capitalism because, you're still living as a slave. [B-o]

I'd like to say I'm surprised by this less than ethical form of advertisement but, given conservatives public admiration for racist ideology I can see why they don't have any issues with it.

Curious, do those words look familiar to you?

What's French immersion?

Schools that only speak French. The junior high school that I went to, my cousins kids went to it and it's 100% taught in French only.

Edit: I should note, French immersion implies that the school is in a majority English speaking area. Schools in Quebec are all French, so you'd go to an English Immersion school there, if the language Nazis allowed it. ;)
