(ie) It is unlawful to murder another person, unless; they have committed a crime against a child. For the purpose of this definition "a crime against a child" means (but is not limited to) sexual assault, neglect, abuse (physical; psychological just gets you beat..badly) and other crimes that would hinder the development of an otherwise healthy child. |

I don't disagree with that sentiment, but courts look at crimes against vulnerable people much more harshly that with adult on adult violence. That guy who stabbed the little boy in his bed after assaulting his mom for example, is fucked. |
