Things like this tend to happen in places where the inhabitants are no where near as smart as they think they are. Happens in Calgary too, when a green-light is given by city politicians trying hard to look sophisticated. Modern art - next to religion it's one of the most lucrative on-going scams to ever be perpetrated on the excessively gullible. |
