There really is no real way to predict long term wx...my guess is more snow but might not be uber frigid..

I can't ice race on any lakes near me, so no.

There are only 2 types of Canadian winters:
1) wearing a snow-suit under your Halloween costume
2) not wearing a snow-suit under your Halloween costume

Everything else is bullshit.

What's the difference, unless it's +15 and we don't get snow, Canadians are still going to bitch it's too cold.

It's going to be -39C instead of -40C in Churchill so that constitutes a heat wave!

Wrong. That's clear and incontrovertible evidence of the impending Climate Emergency.

I'll go for a milder winter. Already had enough of -15, sure not looking forward to colder weather.

Colder than usual and wetter than usual for November/December down here in California.

Did you notice the first word in the story? "Toronto."

So when he says "Canada" he means "Ontario." Coast to Coast means border to provincial border in Toronto-speak.

It feels like it's going to be a cold one in the west. Go in for a haircut anywhere on the lower mainland and ask a Barber. She'll tell you. They get the scoop on the weather.
