Today’s technology makes it virtually impossible” 2) [After next major oil spill disaster] “ Of course there’s an oil spill. These things happen all the time. Spills are a totally normal part of everyday life. Why there are a half dozen actively leaking pipelines at any given time and constant oil train derailments, this is nothing different. Nothing to see here!” 3) “Don’t worry, everything will be completely cleaned up in a few days like it never happened. Look, here’s a photo-op of an oil executive putting dish soap on an oily duck!
