R=UP Good on Calgary!!!

On a side note, I had forgotten what a fantastic production The National really is. I think that they do a great job summing up the days stories and putting it all together in a clear concise package that is enjoyable to watch.

Sorry about that, I thought I had put the correct link to forward to the Birthday story.

For those who think the CBC is biased, feminist or extremist, the final segment is the one you want.

It’s cruel for everyone to not go to a birthday party. It saddens me that more of these stories are being reported they are children. Though I’m always glad to see that there are nice people who will try and combat the cruelty of the world. The world is a really messed up place. Children have a hard enough time without adults dragging them into the cruelties of the world early. There’s more than enough time for them to realize that the world sucks and life’s hard.

There were times I suspect my kids were invited to parties cause of the things I made. One particular parent actually asked that I make a duck towel. But it’s not the kids fault her mother was a Karen. And easy enough as I used to make them in bulk.
