Good for you ! I believe Canada Post should just enacted this right away ... why should we have to wait until a bill is passed. too ! I also have a nephew over there and like to send him mail.

I personly totally agree with this. Mail home (with in reason) should be free as well. I'm sure some weenie who doesn't want us ANYWHERE  will disagree with it.
