Bah i dont know why this is such a big deal...kid's prolly gunna be knocked up in 5-6 years anyway....maybe she'd be luckey and one of the videos shows how to put a condom on. |

Seriously, this is so ridiculous that it doesn't make sense. Anything to make some cash. Get over yourself now. The opportunity to go against a conglomerate like Wal Mart and get some money out of it. Although, there has been some more ridiculous stories out there, like the woman that spilled coffee at a McDonalds and won a big settlement. These types of things should be banned outright. Go out and earn your money like anyone else. |

i got an mp3 player for Christmas. i almost needed special tools to get the darn thing out of the package. Are we sure that the mp3 player with the porn was returned? Why would anyone buy something electronic that was not in its original package and or sealed? Did it come that way from the manufacturer? Was it really there in the first place or did he put it on there for the publicity and the chance to sue? .... and while we are on the subject why didnt mine come with any porn?
