They clearly don't want the money bad enough, Retract the deal and withdraw all funds from them for whatever reason |

What is fair market value of the land based on today's value? If the courts, back in the time of common sense, thought it was illegal, then there is a good chance it was. But then again, the Indians weren't the only ones who were being swindled by unscrupulous land speculators either. |
