imo, maybe even more than man slaughter. I believe man slaughter would be an apropriate charge for criminal negligence. However, if the details of the case suggest that he diliberately acted in a way to harm the cyclist, then I think that is much more than negligence. |

That would be the most stupid thing to do... ALWAYS bring pen and paper with you to write down license plate numbers... |

I dont think there are any cycling shorts that have a pocket to accommodate a pen and paper ![[huh]](./images/smilies/icon_scratch.gif "huh?"){kind=icon} Not everyone wears those funny looking spandex shorts.

Neither do womens eveningdresses. We solve that problem by carrying a purse. I am sure cyclists can come up with something. I dunno, maybe a backpack? |
