This pisses me off every time I see this. The only question is how long will it be before the kid get heart disease/ lung cancer and so on.Even the Islamic Fatwas don't have much effect. I feel sorry for the kid and complete disgust at the parents. |

Blame the tobacco-companies. Sue them. It doesnt say on the packages that it is not suitable for children under 3. (or 18, or 95) |

Funny thing is that they are muslims. The Indonesian muslim clerics issued a Fatwa against smoking. Nobody seems to care. $1: In the absence of tough government regulations Muslim clerics recently issued a fatwa against smoking.
But analysts said the religious edict was likely to have about as much effect as regulations banning smoking in bars and restaurants, which are widely ignored. |
