Ah yes the only way Tuesday evening's "boofest" could be any better is if the N-H-L in its infinite wisdom scheduled Mr. Magoo....sorry that should be Michael McGeough (both are cartoon characters) to do the officiating.

If it was family reasons for having to leave Edmonton, I’m sure he could of dug down deep and found some class and at least held a news conference and put his soul on the line to let the fans judge him. But to run away to Mexico, only to have his agent break the news, tells me that he just used Edmonton to get a 5 year contract and was willing to brave one winter in the great white north to get it. Alberta hockey fans know all to well about these type of classless players, and even tho it can be a war between fans here every time the Flames and Oilers play, Flames fans even boo’ed him the first time this season he played in Calgary as a Duck. So if you think the Oiler fans are going to get over this anytime soon, you need to ask Mike Comrie, if the Edmonton fans will boo and forgive.
