Unfortunately I have been yelling this for over a year now. The only way this is going to change is well after all these wonderful ideas are already implimented and people are so pissed they can't pay their utility bills. Only then will there finally be some retraction of these failed policies. For christ sake Wynne was just apologizing for all this just a few short weeks ago!
Wait until the rest of the nation catches up to the >200% rate increases for anything energy related then come back and tell me it was a good idea.
Don't just blame Wynne pal look at the riff raff out of Sakatchewan and Alberta. Your unemployment numbers are through the roof and you have high rates of crime now due to this. On top of your own overspending and lack of ingenuity. Plus you have the RCMP, talk about being in a bad spot.
You have decades of revenue from oil and can't generate a better, more diverse economy? Either you have alot of lazy people there or business losers who wouldn't be worth a nickel if not for the natural resource available.
Not to worry, America will solve the problem for us. We have to get used to the "new economy" as some have stated. Meaning less hours, fewer opportunities to retire comfortably and with dignity. A has-been nation on the way to being a Second World nation while developing nations pass us by.
We are a case study in nepotism, cronyism and socialism for the world. No worse example of a failure with all the advantages in our favour.
No wonder our allies don't trust us...
