Oh piss off. Trudeau exclaimed there just wasn't money in the budget for them. But oh boy, we sure found money to forgive GM and Chrylser billions in loans. We sure found money to give to the media a year before an election. We found money to donate the Clinton Crime Family Foundation. We found money for Trevor Noah's pet cause. We found money to bail out Maple Leaf foods as they build a new facility. We had $4.5 billion to buy an un-built pipeline that will probably never get built. And that doesn't take into account the billions Groper has shipped overseas.

Yep, we got money for all that and more but we just can't find the money for Groper to keep his promise to our veterans.

Think what $5bn could do to assist our most vulnerable. It would make a marked difference in the lives of those who served and those who need it the most.

Without a doubt, Trudeau should be spending more on vets, but in fairness, his government did re-open the offices that Harper's government closed (and which drew huge protests).
