He must have a lot of dirt on the cops and the DA.

Coulton Boushie got shot and died while he and his friends, who showed up armed with a rifle of their own, were attacking a farm family to rob them. He was entirely responsible for this own actions and came to a bad end thanks to his own bad choices. The farmer shot him at close range on his own property, he didn't chase Boushie and his shit friends out onto a public road and start firing away with no regard at all to hitting someone else. This fellow in Georgia did none of that. He got attacked by a couple of local good ol' boy crazies using the "protect the neighbourhood" excuse. Do these differences, in situations that were entirely unique, not mean anything?

You go on and on in the police misconduct thread about the shitty cops doing wrong but you're giving the green-light here to private citizens who have no idea of the true situation running out into the middle of the street to gun someone down. Reckless much? Complain about inept cops but say it's OK for a non-police officer who's operating under extreme anger, panic, or completely wrong information to start blazing away with a firearm? What if those two assholes had shot a kid in the area while they were playing policeman? Would that be OK with you because their "intentions were good"? No wonder the blood doesn't stop flowing into the gutters in your country considering some many people, including yourself apparently, use every excuse in the joke book as hair-brained excuses to put the kibosh on each other.

You used to be a lot better at this. You used to actually put in some effort. I can see that Trump Derangement Syndrome has gotten the better of you. 10 minutes research of your own could answer your own questions, but you would rather spend every waking moment going on about a politician that you cannot vote out of office that presides over a country that you pay no taxes in. At least Beaver does some homework before he speaks. I will speak to some of the things that you brought up here, but will provide my proof (as in links and videos) when I address him. You can tune in if you wish. This "fellow" in Georgia is a retired cop. This "fellow" in Georgia had prior dealings with Ahmaud. This "fellow" in Georgia saw Amaud go into the house with his own eyes. This "fellow" in Georgia is one of the people calling 911. He is the one on the recorded line reporting a burglary.

I do go on and on in the misconduct thread about cops abusing their authority. Especially when it comes to harassing innocent people for walking/ driving while black. That type of harassment seems to be perfectly ok with you. You go on and on about how the liberals in Canada are responsible for rising crime rates by outlawing stop and frisk. You state that the liberals are "handcuffing the police". If they were just free to slam all the darkies against a wall and search them, everything would be hunky dory, wouldn't it? You see I think that a cop should have some actual probable cause of a crime before he initiates contact with someone. Mear skincolor does not cut it. The "fellow" in Georgia had actual probable cause. He seen Ahmaud go into the house with his own eyes. You say that he is a non police officer playing police officer. I say he is a retired cop. He seen a felony being committed and he got off of his ass and did something about it. That is what a good cop should do. You bitch about this ex cop but it seems like the good people in Nova Scotia could of used a few more lawmen like him, you know people who actually get off their asses and do their jobs. You want to talk about blood flowing? A mass murderer was on the prowl for over 12 fucking hours. That would make it one of the most pathetic police responses ever!!! This "fellow" in Georgia was on the case in minutes. I will take minutes to responding to a violent felon to over 12 hours any day of the week. Twice on Sunday.

Lets get real, you cannot afford to leave town let alone the country. You do not own a passport, probably never will. You have to show U.S. immigration that you have the means to support yourself while you are in the states to enter the states. You do not have the means to support yourself in Canada, let alone a foreign country. So lets not pretend like you ever actually had a choice to visit the states. You haven't.

Hey at least up here he doesn't have to now worry about being shot or assaulted when trying to enforce mask rules on private property.

Unlike your country. 'Merica!

Lol!!! That's a laugh. You ever read his posts? He works in a dollar store in the hood chasing off crackhead shoplifters all day. He runs the risk of being assaulted or killed every day of the week. If his store tells the customers they have to wear a mask than its game on. Crackheads are not going to waste good crack rock money on a mask. I guarandamntee that my white ass is a thousand times safer than his white ass is.

You say that my point about the U.S. being divided into two camps is shit. I say that over 90% of what goes on in this supposedly Canadian site is people separating into two different camps over shit that is going on in the U.S. Care to prove me wrong professor?

Beaver never got back with me, so I might as well address you. Here is a newspaper report from back in 2013 when your hero was arrested for bringing a handgun onto school property.
https://www.news4jax.com/news/2013/12/0 ... ball-game/
You ever brought a loaded pistol to a high school game T? I know that I have not. I am going to go out on a limb and state that 99.99% of the people on this forum have not. He was 19 at the time so he was no juvenile. He was a grown ass man. That means that he has felony convictions as an adult. He is a convict and a felon. Notice how he ran from the uniformed police officers? Big surprise! He has a long record of running from authority. He cannot claim that he did not know that the people chasing him were police because they were in uniform. Silly racist cops. He was just going for a jog! Lets fire those racist cops! The guy is a thug and a piece of shit. While he was on probation (as an adult) he was arrested and convicted of theft. The other day I had multiple links to prove that point. Now they are gone. Its almost like someone was whitewashing (or in this case blackwashing) all of the sites to make this thugs past just disappear. Here is one that mentions Ahmauds shoplifting arrest and conviction as well as his legal connection with the family that is now arrested for his murder. I did not want to use the article as it is loaded with bullshit personal comments like you are using to paint the McMichaels as the ones in the wrong as they are a leftist paper with an agenda to push. I am going to use it because it proves that the wannabe gangster got arrested for theft while on probation not even two years ago, but it also establishes a connection between Ahmaud and his would be captors as some people on here are claiming that there was no connection.
https://nypost.com/2020/05/08/father-of ... ud-arbery/
I will repost the Georgia law that addresses burglary as it does not seem like anyone here has bothered to read it. People keep talking about trespassing. It stopped being trespassing when Ahmaud entered the home. Entering without consent and intent to steal is burglary. You do NOT have to actually steal anything. I do not know why that point is so hard for so many of you to get.
https://law.justia.com/codes/georgia/20 ... ion-16-7-1
An ex cop witnessed a burglary taking place. He called 911. He gave chase as he had every legal right to do. The felon convict ran away as he has done so before. His dumb ass attempted to steal a loaded shotgun from someone who was lawfully carrying it. End of story for the wannabe thug felon convict.

Usually when we get an obituary we hear about the deceased life and career. Why is a 25 year old man still living with his mother? What did he do for a living? Did he have a job? I see no job. I seen that he was going to electrical school back in 2013 when he got arrested for several felonies. His mother stated that he was working to become an electrician. Really? I call bullshit. It only takes four years to become a licensed electrician in Georgia. An electrician is a licensed trade. Georgia is not going to give a professional license to a felon convict. Who is going to hire a damn thief? Even the dollar store is not going to hire a damn thief. He had no job. Stealing other people's stuff was his career. All you people kissing his thug ass would be the first ones on here whining about how he cleaned you out, which is exactly what he would do if you gave him the chance. I love how all you anti gun people on here are singing his praises. Guarandamntee that you would not want his gangbanging thug ass bringing a loaded handgun to your kids school. He was no "good boy" out for a jog. He was a wannabe thug piece of shit casing a house for his next job. When he got caught, he ran like he always did. His brother is locked away looking at a long stretch himself. The whole family is ghetto trash. Always have been, always will be. Its because of trash like this family that other innocent black people get constantly harassed by law enforcement when they leave their homes. Not saying that its right, and not saying that I condone it. Just pointing out that the Arberys are a lot more responsible for the mistreatment of blacks by the cops than the McMichaels ever will be.

I nevrr got back to you? I told you his criminal past is irrelevant. You can’t execute someone for having a criminal conviction from 7 years ago, not can you make a “citizen’s arrest” and detain someone in your neighbourhood simply because they had a criminal conviction 7 years ago. As I already said in Georgia you can not make a citizens arrest foe simple misdemeanours like trespassing on a construction site or for crimes you didn’t personally witness. You can also not use force in a citizens arrest unless you are preventing violent act in progress.

And considering Georgians and conservatives open tolerance for carrying firearms and antipathy towards gun-free zones, I’m not sure why you’re all so incensed that this man who had no criminal record at the time was caught carrying a firearm in a gun-free zone, muss be because he’s Amish.

Your kidding, right? I called BS on you giving the OK to armed men stopping a “suspect” who they “knew” had committed a burglary but was unarmed and not in possession of any stolen goods ( it’s hard to conceal a weapon and stolen shit in jogging shorts.) He foolishly approached the shotgun waving guy, yes. But he was approached by someone with a weapon. His attack appears to have been self defence. Interesting, but if this Episode had come out different, say he took the SG away from the “citizen cop” and had turned it on him and killed him what would you say then. AND, being an ex-cop gives no special rights to someone AND FOR SURE being the son of an ex-cop doesn’t . Some guy points a SG at you and you try to stop them...foolish but a reaction many people would have...self defence! Don’t try to make these guys into heroes. They chased and killed someone who it appears only crime was trespassing. I’m sure that’s not a capital offence in Georgia.

Security cam video raises new questions in Arbery shooting

. . .

On Friday, an attorney for the owner of the house under construction released a short video taken by a security camera on Dec. 17. It shows a black man in a T-shirt and shorts leaving the site with his back to the camera. He walks a few steps toward the road, then starts running at a jogger's pace.

"It now appears that this young man may have been coming onto the property for water," J. Elizabeth Graddy, the attorney for homeowner Larry English, said in a statement. "There is a water source at the dock behind the house as well as a source near the front of the structure."

It is not known if the person in the Dec. 17 video is Arbery.

Never said it was. Just popping the myth balloon that he was stealing things. He might not have been. It might not even have been him in the video.

But the possibility is there that he was just getting a drink of water.

I've done it too.

As a kid, I used to find all sorts of pop (and adult beverage) bottles on construction sites. Bought my first 10 speed with the proceeds! ;)
