Perhaps the prospect of doing time will lower the incidence of growers.....those who claim deterence is useless still put money in parking meters.

Makes sence right??? Might as well get the tax dollars out of it. It's not like we're actually going to stop it, so make money off it. Like I said, it mostly goes to the states, so this would offset some of the money they rip us off on with the softwood lumber bullshit..... .

The police should streamline the confescation of property under the proffits of crime legislation. Taking the houses & toys will hit these people in the pocket book and put more money into the system for police & jails.
