What I dont understand is in this age of heightened security in air port's where a toothbrush will get you searched that the only video they have is one from someones cell-phone.
Dont they have CC cams in that area and if so where are the video's?

I'm pretty sure it is. A gas isn't very effective when you are spraying it at someone. You want something with a stream you can direct.
