(Reuters) - North Korea on Tuesday fired dozens of artillery shells at a South Korean island, in one of the heaviest bombardments on the South since the Korean War ended in 1953.

South Korean President Lee Myung-bak, who has pursued a hard line with the reclusive North since taking office nearly three years ago, said a response had to be firm following the attack on Yeonpyeong island, just 120 km (75 miles) west of the capital Seoul.

Just bomb the shit out of the presidential compound. There may be some collateral casualties, but in the long run won't the North Koreans be better off with that little midget, his adviors and their progeny gone?

How about they march the South Korean armies through the North, offering food and citizenship to Northern Soldiers.

I'm watching CBC Newsnet right now, and they were talking to a freelance reporter in South Korea who said that apparently the South Koreans fired first. This has yet to be confirmed by anyone as well, according to the CBC.

The plot thickens.

That would be the most direct way to solve this problem, but the PC community won't have it, so this BS is going to go on for some time.

South Korea are wusses. They'll suck it up and move on. The North sank one of their navy vessels, with nary a peep from the south.

NK must be getting desperate.
Reminds me of the book/movie...
...by the way, I loved reading this book. :D

The Mouse That Roared
An impoverished backward nation declares a war on the United States of America, hoping to lose, but things don't go according to plan.
