From the law side it doesn't make any sence, the sun is out of civil relations because of being untouchable and out of human influence. The things that are out of civil relations can't be owning, buying and changing. As she will ingnore this, from the other side she can say that as she's the owner of sun, she's giving the sunshine service to everyone, but everyone can not to pay because they were not buying her service, as they were not buying she can take the sun away, she can't do this. Because as I was writing higher the sun is out of human influence.
