$1:
Harper then paused midway through his set to play a slice of Imagine to pay tribute to the 30th anniversary of the murder of John Lennon, whom he called probably the most important person in the history of rock.

Lets just take a moment to remember.

Yeah, lets remember who really needs the tax breaks more than the corporations...

Give me a call when he does a Tool cover.

Actually, pretty cool. Good for him. If he really wants to boost his popularity, he needs to get Justin Bieber on stage with him.

Love that song.

I love this, looks good for Harper to show his 'artsy" side. [B-o]

But I am having nightmares picturing Count Iggy belting out a tune! 8O

On one hand I think it's cool, but on the other, the cynic in me sees it as just another PR move.

Name one politician who doesn't ride the PR train. 8) All I get from this is that Harper is not near as rigid and unfeeling as he is accused of being. I've met the man and he is quite nice, as was Jean Chretein when I met him. Brian Mulrooney wasn't.
