Minority governments are like divorced parents, they both fight for their children's attention by spoiling them more. Sometimes they even break their principles to keep their children happy. You think the Cons would have been so quick to defend Canadians against the Rogers/Bell usage billing fiasco had they had their coveted majority? Hell no. They would have defended their corporate interests.


I think its more like having paranoid schizophrenic parents. My parents were divorced when I was very young. I think your analogy is broken, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
