    Well, it's not actually 'a forum poll.' Its' "Forum Research."

    Polling is among its services. I don't know if they only do phone interview polls but they do, do phone polls. But yeah there are claims of hits and misses like with all polling firms.

    Toronto, December 3rd – In a random sampling of public opinion taken by The Forum Poll™ among 1541 Canadian voters, with those decided and leaning, 4 in 10 (43%) say they would support the Conservatives, with a third (34%) saying they would support the Liberals.

    They can be interesting.

    There was a polling firm in the Toronto mayoral election that was getting numbers higher than was comfortable to those of influence. They simply dropped the candidate's name from queries in future polling.
