    Richmond is farther out than Kits.

    I simply cite what can happen when your area votes against

    So note the prevailing political winds, and vote accordingly. If the Dipppers look like they have the best chance, vote for them. 100% majorities, all the time.
  • Xort: Cost reductions are always made to things that people think have value otherwise they would have been removed long ago for being wastes of money.

    If they think it's such a huge deal, set up a charity and raise the funds to operate the base.
