Canadians should expect fewer spam phone calls as the CRTC deadline to implement call-blocking systems comes into force Thursday.

Im sure there will be exceptions for legitimate users. Maybe they have to register with the telcos or something to get on an exclusion list already debt collectors are exempt from do not call list legislation

Something stinks.
Dillion believes the Sept. 2020 rules will be the more crucial than Thursday�s rollout.
The head-fakes will continue until morale improves.
